We are still serving our delicious Olde English Sausages as both Classic Hot Dogs and Loaded Hot Dogs, but with a new twist, we now also serve regular fries and loaded fries to give our customers more choice!

Our Olde English Sausages are made from the finest ingredients by a local butcher. They are made from locally sourced pork and are NOT gluten free.

Whilst mindlessly scrolling through TikTok one day ( as you do!) we came across an interesting video from someone called “spudman“ who was reluctantly, due to a deteriorating health condition, selling an established and successful part of his business known as the “Swing grill and Slush stall”.
Within the space of approximately one hour, we had made contact with Spudman and agreed to buy his business!
We are very fortunate that we have Spudman’s continued mentorship and guidance so will continue to benefit from his 20+ years experience in the business!
For the first year, we honoured all pre-existing bookings as well as seeking out new events to add to our calendar! Now in our second year, we have started to expand into private and corporate events and are very excited at this new venture!
We chose the name Shuie’s in memory of our matriarch who sadly passed away in Zambia, Africa during the Covid pandemic and we were unable to attend her funeral. She was a passionate cook and talented artist . She used to sign her paintings “Shuie” which was a play on her name. We are sure she would have cheered us on, on our new venture!

But that’s not all!
To enhance the flavour of our finest gourmet sausages, we recently started serving Loaded Hot Dogs and have a number of regular delicious toppings but are always seeking suggestions of more from our customers!
We have sourced quality ingredients to use as the toppings on our classic hot dogs and transform it into the kind of loaded hot dog which is a small meal in itself!

The traditional pork sausages we use in our Classic Hot Dog and Loaded Hot dogs are a flavour called "Olde English," made by our local butcher.
Our most popular toppings on the Loaded hot dog menu are the "Fully Loaded" which is cheddar cheese sauce, smokey bacon pieces, crispy onions, chilly flakes and sriracha sauce and "Tame" which is all of the above, minus the heat of the chillies and sriracha.
In 2025 we introduced the "Southern Comfort" Loaded topping, which is a spicey southern-style gravy, crispy onions and hash brown nibblets, which seems to also be going down a treat with our customers!
However, for private events, we can customise the menu to suit your personal tastes and can provide a variety of sausage options and toppings.
